What do you do? You don’t have a date, and it’s Saturday night. Do you stay in and watch a movie, go grab some friends and make a fun night, go hit some bars and look for your next love?
Some would say if you’re looking for love, you need to get out there. And I agree to some extent – but Saturday is such a party night that if you’re in a bar, you’re most likely to find the next one night stand, right? But we’re also told that to be attractive to the opposite sex, we need to be comfortable being alone! Also true, no doubt. So is there any shame in staying in on Saturday night if we just want to relax a bit? I think not. As long as you don’t become a hermit, it can be relaxing to just enjoy your own company, watch a movie, have a little wine and unwind. And as a bonus, you wake up refreshed on Sunday (hint: use that opportunity to get out on Sunday and go for a walk in a park)!
